Cleanse and Invigorate with a Simple Beverage


The final part of our Spring nourishment series is a refreshing Lemon Ginger Green Tea. This easy-to-make beverage is not only soothing but also has detoxifying properties that support liver health—a perfect match for the Wood element’s needs.




Recipe: Lemon Ginger Green Tea


Ingredients:

  • 4 cups water

  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, sliced

  • 1-2 green tea bags  Im actually using the lemon myrtle from my little tree!!

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Honey (optional, to taste)


Instructions:

  1. Bring water and ginger to a boil; simmer for 5 minutes.

  2. Remove from heat, add green tea bags, and steep for 3 minutes.

  3. Remove tea bags, stir in lemon juice and honey if using.

  4. Serve warm or chilled.
